HTC DAKS is created for everyone who dreams about prestigious and perspective work on cruise liners, in restaurants and hotels both in Ukraine and abroad, as well as – about start their own restaurant and hotel business.

The DAKS training program includes courses for both beginners (COOK GRADE “C”, “B”, COOK / BAKER, COOK / PASTRY) and professionals (PASTRY CHEF, Chief Cook, Sous Shef, molecular cuisine, cuisine of France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Thailand, etc.).

The level of theoretical knowledge of DAKS, firmly established in practice, allows students to create a name and reputation for themselves in the field of cooking.

Studying at DAKS will make you a culinary expert, and your hard work and perseverance will allow you to become the future:

• a pastry chef,
• teacher of culinary workshops and trainings,

Excellent mark on final exam, a diploma and our recommendations for employment on board a cruise ship are your first step towards a successful career.

Requirements to a Listener

The most important thing is of course the desire and motivation to get a good job. Basic knowledge of English.

If you know German or other languages, it will give you an advantage over other candidates for a vacant position and most likely a higher salary contract. After an interview with an instructor and an English teacher, you will be placed in a group of no more than 18 people.

You get acquainted with the schedule, get uniforms (in case of cooks tunic and apron), educational literature.
